Donny Dwiputra is a researcher and member of the Quantum Information & Computation research group. His research focus lies at the intersection between quantum information and condensed matter physics. Specifically, he is working on theoretical approaches in nonequilibrium phenomena in low-dimensional systems and the thermodynamics of time-dependent many-body quantum systems, as well as disordered systems. Interestingly, several classes of these complex quantum systems have holographic correspondences with high-energy physical systems such as black holes. His research approach includes analytical and computational methods.
